Tallaght Partnership
Our Work


We work on the basis of partnership between community groups, employer organisations, state agencies, elected representatives and trade unions. These organisations are represented on our Board.  The Board is responsible for the work of the Partnership and makes strategic decisions. Specialist staff is employed to carry out the work and manage the organisation on a daily basis. The Partnership employs about 40 people, including the staff of Tallaght Local Employment Services, which is a part of the organisation.

The framework of Tallaght  Partnership’s activities is our Strategic Plan 2000–2006, funded by the Irish Government as part of the National Development Plan. An update of the Strategic Plan, outlining the activities for the 2004-2006 period can be downloaded.
